Working on both a B2B and B2C basis, introducing the rum brand to bars, hotels and restaurants across Yorkshire through our network of contacts within hospitality. This includes organising events at specific venues to promote and showcase the Rum to potential customers, suppliers and clients.
On a B2C basis, we are working on opportunities for the brand to be present at local farmers markets, food and drink festivals and Christmas tradeshows and markets.
Developing new relationships and business opportunities on both a B2B and B2C basis. Introducing the brand to decision makers within corporates – already having success with introducing the brand to well known hotels and high end apartments, creating marketing and promotional opportunities through our network – getting the brand on radio stations and looking into events and opportunities for collaborations.
On a B2C basis, we are looking at opportunities to represent the brand directly to customers through farmers markets and food and drink festivals.
Events: Implementing and organising large scale events. This involves finding and working with appropriate venues, negotiating rates and contracts, organising all aspects and details of each event from start to finish, sponsorship packages, press releases and marketing packs, using our current contacts and building relationships, making sales calls, gaining sponsors and attendees for events.
Fundraising: Putting fundraising processes and procedures in place, working with the fundraising team to support on the fundraising plan and generating income – implementing targets, introducing contacts across sectors including hospitality, retail, finance, accountancy resulting in new corporate supporters, donations of raffle prizes and opportunities to raise awareness for the charity.
Working with a leading Leeds based Design Agency, specialising in creating work spaces to inspire a more agile workforce, harness culture and vision that is ideal for collaborations, training and events.
Connecting the agency with partnership and collaboration opportunities as well as creating and growing the client database and seeking opportunities, putting together bespoke client parties, enabling past clients, future clients and creatives to get together under the backdrop of a portfolio of our client's work.
In the last 12 months....
To increase the sales function and profile within the North of England as well as introduce the brand
into pop-ups, markets and festivals, increasing both B2B and B2C opportunities and sales.
We have increased their sales through researching target clients, building and developing relationships, arranging face to face meetings with the decision makers and follow ups.
The company has attended music festivals, markets including Country Living and BBC Countryfile Christmas in the Park. This is through tenders and application processes, ensuring the brand was successful against competitors. This included sorting risk assessments, marketing packs, health and safety manuals.
As the brand continues to grow, 2022 brings exciting new projects for the collaboration. We will be scaling up into larger events and festivals and pushing the brand on to the shelves of leading retailers and hospitality venues across the UK.

Tasked with organising their launch party at a renowned Leeds hotel, which was a huge success and has allowed us to focus on the next phase of the business. This has already seen us connect them with a manufacturer, a social media team, bloggers and podcasts.
We have now put a strategy in place to help increase revenue, through ecommerce, pop-ups and retailers.

To increase corporate footfall. we implemented and successfully helped launch their own in-house monthly networking event to increase brand awareness and corporate opportunities.
One of our proudest achievements to date.
Putting together a music and food festival with overnight camping in Shaftesbury with a month’s notice and very little budget, working remotely having never seen the site until 4 days before the event.
Selling 100% more tickets than originally expected, organising licenses and permits with the council, building relationships within the local community which resulted in 5 DJ’s, 5 bands, staging, sound and lighting as well as the emergency services supporting the event for free, we recruited volunteers to help on the day, organised 4 bars, as well as food and hot drink vendors and a pop-up merchandise stand.
This is definitely a stand out moment for Lets Market with what we were able to achieve.
Brought on board on a 3 month contract basis to increase revenue and the client database, we built their social media following, increased their client database from 140 to 4,500, and helped the company scale up rapidly.
Working closely with the Director and team to understand the business to create a brand identity, we were able to double their revenue within 3 months.
Launching the company from scratch, creating and building social media, successfully onboarding local and regional clients, as well as successfully applying and gaining the Government run Kickstart scheme, securing 10 placements.
Part of the project included creating employment policies and procedures, writing employability plans and health and safety documents.
