Working closely with the brewery in Slovenia and finding and building relationships with an international distributor in the UK. Helping with contract negotiations whilst organising tap takeovers across the UK to launch the brand, create brand awareness and PR opportunities.
Working with pubs, bars and breweries nationwide to organise the tap takeover events. Inviting our network and influential contacts within the hospitality, food and drinks industries as well as promoting to the local communities around the venues, creating a great mix of people and interest in the brewery and beers.
As well as the UK tap takeover, we also organised a brew collaboration with one of the leading breweries in the UK, with the beer being launched in both the UK and Slovenia in July.
Sales and Business development on an ongoing basis, selling on-trade and off-trade as well as managing the UK social media Instagram account.

Creating a product that helps people save money whilst experiencing and exploring new places in Cluj, trying new places for food, drink and experiences. Working with businesses to increase footfall and attract new customers.
We built a network, launched a brand, partnered with 50 businesses, hosted 6 events including the annual Meet the Mayor event, all in the space of 10 months.

Working closely with the Directors, on a consultancy basis, with the aim to promote the brand to the local community and build a strong base of regular clients.
Organising the launch party, putting together the guest list, entertainment, food vendors as well as carrying out all the marketing and PR for the event.
Building partnerships with the local business community and locals, creating PR opportunities with local press and on a longer term basis, organising networking events, quiz nights, sports personality events, games nights as well as managing the social media accounts for the brewery and taproom.

Events: Organising large scale events, working with venues, negotiating rates and contracts, organising all aspects of each event. From creating sponsorship packages, press releases and marketing packs, to using our current contacts and building relationships, gaining sponsors and attendees for events, organising entertainment and organising fundraising initiatives at the events.
Fundraising: Putting fundraising procedures in place, giving support on the fundraising plan and generating income – recruiting fundraisers as well as writing a fundraising handbook, training new staff, implementing targets, introducing contacts, resulting in new corporate supporters, donations of raffle prizes and opportunities to raise awareness for the charity.

To promote events and increase PR opportunities, we collaborated with local press, radio, the Mayor of Lichfield, local businesses, large corporates, local charities, sports personalities, comedians and musicians.

Raising awareness and creating fundraising opportunities, through existing and new supporters, both corporate and within the local community.
Applying for and putting in place fundraising processes such as JustGiving to aid with collecting donations, and also applying and securing Gift Aid to increase the amount received in donations.
